DELIVERY TIME:

Your custom curtains are made specifically for you according to your style, size, and fabric preferences. Custom curtains take up to 6 weeks to fabricate. If you have an urgent need please contact us.

WARRANTY:

The Contemporary Curtain will warranty your drapes, pillows, and hardware against manufacturer defect for one year from date of sale. If you feel you have a claim, please contact us by email at service@thecontemporarycurtain.com or by phone at 607-414-2014. Please provide us with the identifying information on your receipt when you contact us. The Contemporary Curtain, at our discretion, will repair or replace your product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your product(s) to The Contemporary Curtain. This warranty does not cover any damage from improper installation, improper use, or abuse of the product. If you have any questions about our warranty, please contact us.

SHIPPING/RETURNS:

We value each and every one of our clients. Our team works exceptionally hard to produce beautiful, custom made orders. Knowing the impact high-quality, custom curtains make in a space, we created The Contemporary Curtain because of our passion to make this important design element more accessible to you. Due to the nature of all orders being custom, items are not returnable/cancelable. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us; if your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us immediately.

Shipping charges will be calculated upon check out. Cost of shipping, shipping insurance and shipping materials cannot be refunded.
